An item may be returned or exchanged if item still has not been washed, original tags are still attached and its within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for shipping. We do not provide the return shipping unless it is our error, or product is damaged per our return policy.
You must notify us of any problems, damages or missing items within the first 7 days of receiving your order to receive a refund
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. However, there will be a 20% RESTOCKING fee.
Once we receive your package, we will process it within 24-48 hours, The amount of time it takes for a refund to show up is according to the bank or credit card you used. Please your institution for questions about their processing times.
