Refund policy

Note the following guidelines as far as our return policy.

Include your full name, order number and why you are returning the item.

Discounted items (on sale items) are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  No exceptions

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the shipper. Online orders must be shipped back,

An item may be returned or exchanged if item still has not been washed, original tags are still attached and its within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for shipping. We do not provide the return shipping unless it is our error, or product is damaged per our return policy.

You must notify us of any problems, damages or missing items within the first 7 days of receiving your order to receive a refund

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. However, there will be a 20% RESTOCKING fee. 

Once we receive your package, we will process it within 24-48 hours, The amount of time it takes for a refund to show up is according to the bank or credit card you used. Please your institution for questions about their processing times.

ALL damage claims will need to have a photo attached for review. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER [we will determine your delivery date by using the tracking number on the order]. ALL damage claims submitted after the 7 days will be declined. We ask that you look over all inventory immediately upon receiving. The following guidelines are set for our claims representative: a. replacement items sent if we are able to [based on current inventory] and current items kept for disposal b. x% discount given via store credit for product deemed still able to be sold at a discount [or]  c. full store credit issued on products that are deemed NON sellable. [option c.] could require further proof that these items were disposed of properly and not sold at a discount. We also hold the right to send return shipping label to obtain these damages for our own disposal and can hold store credit until these goods are received.
