How to use

  1. Apply only to clean, fully dry hair.
  2. Brush away dirt, dust, sweat, and loose hair before taping.
  3. Round the corners of each strip before application.
  4. Use zero-stretch anchors and light tension through the working section.
  5. Rub the tape after application to help activate the adhesive.
  6. Remove slowly with hair growth using a water-first method.

K Tape vs. liniment vs. wraps

  • K Tape: flexible support, body cueing, and movement awareness.
  • Draw It Out® liniment: topical muscle and joint care after tape removal or on off days.
  • Wraps or boots: traditional support or coverage when used correctly.
