Green Dyed Cowhide Rug

Set in a deep, grounded green, the Green Dyed Cowhide Rug is hand-dyed by artisans in a process built to preserve the hide's own softness and sheen rather than seal it under a synthetic coating.

Every piece is 100% natural cowhide with a natural suede backing that holds it to the floor without a rug pad, and because it's leather rather than fiber, dust and allergens don't cling to it the way they would to a woven textile. Spills lift off with a damp cloth, and dust shakes out with a gentle outdoor shake.

Handmade in Southern Brazil to Leather Working Group Gold Standard and Oeko-Tex® Certified Leather Standard practices, it comes in X-Large, 7' x 6', and develops a deeper, richer tone the longer it's in use.
