PANACUR® EQUINE DEWORMER PASTE - 25 G SYRINGE

Panacur Equine Paste 10% is used for the treatment and control of large strongyles (Strongylus edentatus, S. equinus, S. vulgaris), encysted early 3rd stage (hypobiotic), late 3rd stage, and 4th stage cyathostome larvae, small strongyles, pinworms (Oxyuris equi), and ascarids (Parascaris equorum). It also helps control arteritis caused by the 4th stage larvae of Strongylus vulgaris in horses. Repeat use may be needed to avoid reinfestation. Comes in a 25g tube of equine dewormer.

It is suggested that fenbendazole's mechanism works by stopping the parasite's ability to metabolize, therefore inhibiting its ability to maintain its energy production.
